Join us for one of our required parent meetings as we kick off the season and review everything you need to know about volunteering. As a team, Encore relies on strong parent participation to run successful meets, and every family plays an important role.

During this meeting, we will:

• Review all volunteer roles and responsibilities for the season
• Explain meet-day expectations, timing, and logistics
• Walk through how assignments are made and how to check your shifts
• Answer questions and ensure everyone feels prepared and confident

All families are required to attend one session. You will also receive an individual follow-up email outlining your assigned volunteer role for the season.
