2026 Registration Form
Encore Swim Team is a competitive race team in San Jose. Swimmers from the ages of 5 to 18 participate in swim practices & swim meets from May through July each year. Your child's age group will be their age as of May 31st. Although we are a competitive team, we are known for our fun, family & enthusiastic environment!
if you have already gone through the registration process, don’t forget to mail your checks (one for the registration fee and one for the volunteer deposit) to Encore Swim Team Registrar, 1569 Marcia Ave San Jose, CA 95125.
